The Tom Tom One Version 3 with European mapping has all the advantages of the UK version but with a larger memory to include all the countries of Western Europe. Street level mapping is supplied by TeleAtlas and comes preloaded on an SD card. As with all satellite navigation systems Tom Tom One will navigate you from door to door. Calculating a route is simple. Using the touch screen you can search for an address by street, town or postcode and the route will be calculated in just a few seconds.
Other standard features include Favourites where you can store a number of your most used addresses, extensive points of interest plus speed camera location.
European mapping includes Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain Germany, Great Britain and Ireland.

Great for drivers on a budget, but not designed for the professional driver. On test re-routing was slow and in some circumstances got confused. Although it claims to have speed camera location technology, the cover was hit and miss so not reliable, especially if you already have a few points on your license. It is cheap though, so if you are a low mileage driver and don't want to spend a fortune it could be for you.
