Building on the success of the S2000 TRUCKMATE truck specific sat nav, the Snooper S7000 TRUCKMATE satellite navigation system is the result of months of development based on industry research and feedback from the 1000's of truck drivers already using TRUCKMATE. As a result TRUCKMATE is the most comprehensive portable sat nav system on the market with a large 7" screen designed specifically for trucks.

This larger format display makes it much easier to view from your driving position so you can see all turn-by-turn routing instructions in a larger format, along with any potential hazards to your vehicle such as weight and height restrictions.

In fact everything about the S7000 TRUCKMATE is bigger and better. It is easier to enter addresses and scroll through the systems menu as the on-screen button sizes are bigger and easier to press.

The S7000 TRUCKMATE comes with inbuilt TMS traffic information provided by ITIS - Probably the best traffic information provider in the UK.  Using hundreds of thousands of vehicles and sensors across the UK, its reach and accuracy is far more accurate than those systems that use fixed sensors, making sure you never get caught out! Snooper S7000 TMC service will alert you to all traffic incidents across the country and lists them in order of current proximity to your journey. If there is congestion on your route, simply ask the S7000 to reroute you around it and enjoy hassle-free driving!

Award winning Speed Camera Technology

The AURA database is constantly updated with new speed camera data by a dedicated team of drivers. You will have access to this data 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to download information onto your system through any internet enabled PC ensuring that you are fully up-to date with the speed trap locations. The S7000 TRUCKMATE provides advanced warning of ALL known fixed speed traps including the traditional Gatso and average speed cameras on the motorway. In addition to fixed data, the Enigma database warns you of the locations of "Riskzones" i.e. areas well known for mobile laser speed trap activity.

Advanced Street Level Mapping

As with all Snooper systems, the S7000 TRUCKMATE uses the best street level mapping available. The European S7000 TRUCKMATE will give you truck specific turn by turn, accurate voice prompts and 2D / 3D display over the majority of mainland Europe.  Full truck specific mapping is available over the whole of the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria.  With the remainder of the major roads and cities in Western Europe including Spain, Italy, Poland and the Nordic Regions fully covered.  Eastern Europe is currently covered by Snoopers excellent standard vehicle mapping.  No need to worry though - Snooper are working hard to improve the remainder of the truck mapping by the end of 2010 and this unit benefits from all of those software and map updates for FREE until 2010.  

Built-in MP3 player

The Snooper S7000 comes complete with a built-in MP3 player. Now you can navigate to your destination whilst listening to you favourite music at the same time. The S7000 comes with a headphone socket so you can plug in headphones, but it is also possible to plug in an FM transmitter (not included) enabling you to transmit both the navigation instructions and your music through your vehicles car stereo.
