At approximately 5 x 3 x 1 inches and at 6 ounces the 660 is slightly bigger and heavier than the other units in the range but it is still a portable unit that can be used in and out of the vehicle. The touch widescreen has an impressive 480x272 pixel resolution that make maps extra sharp and colourful even in bright sunlight. The interface is clean and the menus easy to use with icons and keyboard functions large enough to see and operate. A high end sat nav system with all the features of the 350. With the addition of text to speech directional prompting the Nuvi 660 will prompt you with complete street names. For example it would say “in 600 yards turn right in to the High Street”. Can be slightly complicated to use and there are better units available for the money.
