The Nuvi 250 avoids the frustrations of having to set up your navigation system by coming with preloaded City Navigator NT street maps. Not only to they contain street level mapping, there is an extensive points of interest database including hotels, cash points, petrol stations and much more!
Simply touch the full colour screen, select your destination and you will be guided with turn by turn voice prompts and comprehensive 2D or 3D map display! In addition to this, the Nuvi 250 Sat Nav will accept custom points of interest such as speed cameras and school zones

The Nuvi 250W sat nav system also helps prevent theft with it's Garmin Lock feature which requires a password to unlock the device and use it.

The Garmin Nuvi 250W improves on the 250 with a much wider display and still manages to hang onto a very competitive price. We would like to see more relevant features on the system such as accurate speed camera information which is available on the Snooper systems along with Bluetooth hands free kits. All in all a good unit but there are better systems on the market.
